We've provided this 'quick
reference guide' of some of the
most common questions that come
up regarding our legal policies.
This is not a complete list of
all our policies, and this
summary does not serve as a
replacement for reading to and
agreeing to our terms and
conditions, acceptable use policy
or privacy policy.
Before you can order any
services from
Affinity IT, you are required to read in full and agree
to our Terms and Conditions,
Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy
Policy.
- Payment must be received
by 11:59pm (GMT) on the day
invoices are due.
- The minimum contract
period is one (1) year.
- You may cancel this
agreement at any time, but no
refunds will be made.
- In the unlikely event that
you do wish to cancel this
agreement, we will do our very
best to assist you with moving
any domains registered for you
by Affinity IT onto your new host.
- We do not permit IRC on
our network.
- Email limits: 1000 in any 12 hour period, unless you are using the mailing list feature which can be used as many times a day as you like, provided each list has no more than 2,500 subscribers. You may send unlimited emails using a mail client such as Outlook and our mail relay, but you may not send the same message to more than 100 recipients. Webmail is not designed for heavy use and you are limited to 50 emails per day.
- Affinity IT respects the privacy and security of its
customers and users of its
website. However, we may need
to disclose your information
to other companies in order to
process and/or provide
services ordered, such as
domain names. Full details of
how we collect, use and
disclose your information is
available in our privacy
policy.
